Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside a protective shipping box.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. This includes:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
